The establishment of this [AICA] art exhibition in the international big city of Asia, is to offer everybody to join the international arts exchange and communication platform shared. From now on, we should let theinternational arts gazing to us, from gazing to paying attention, from paying attention to approving, from accepting to upporting, from supporting to sharing with joint developing hand in hand even more.
　　The organization of AICA is to guide the correct direction of the international arts to everybody in the field of international Arts academia, Arts investment, Arts collection, and Arts market as well as to offer Artists, Arts organization and Arts collectors the information of the real arts developing situation. We are to promote Greater Sino and China's artists letting them have chance to strive for the social status of the international arts circles, sharing the successful [ art fruit ] of International arts.
　　Hong Kong free economy and tariff policy, adding the unique geographical location in Asia, really has ready conditions to become Eastern Basel, from the Arts fair’s point of view. Eventually, [AICA] Fair may possess the achievements of the famous representative International Arts Expo. It is the issue to concern to the academic approach that we have to do now and in the future. And, the support from all should be the most important point. I expect our goal will be realized soon.
　　In order to enable [AICA] functional increment of the value of exhibition, in order to draw into the relation between us and the artist & arts organization, [Asia International Contemporary Arts Promotion Association] has her own unlimited space to develop. It is an Art organization which is to develop the arts undertakings and activities in multiple, and to make annual exhibition have complete network to follow up package service as well as the services after exhibition.
　　Come over from tradition while being contemporary, through rheology of space-time, contemporary also plays the role of the spokesman for traditional. Contemporary Arts is the issue that we are to concern and develop.
